Our remedial massage therapy is designed to help; Through a thorough consultation and customised treatment plan, we focus on the specific areas causing you discomfort, providing targeted relief. Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage

Tailored to support women experiencing pregnancy-related discomfort or recovering after childbirth, this massage helps relieve pain from physical changes, manage high-risk pregnancies, and promote relaxation. Each session reduces muscle tension, alleviates stress, and enhances overall well-being, leaving you feeling lighter, more at ease, and deeply rejuvenated during this transformative time.

I’m Jen, the owner of Applesea and a certified Remedial Massage Therapist. I’m also a mother of two beautiful, feral children and have lived with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome for over a decade.
