Treatment packages are available in blocks of 4, 6 and 10 appointments. Monthly and Quarterly memberships are also available to keep costs down. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Remedial Massage Therapy

Our remedial massage therapy is designed to help; Through a thorough consultation and customised treatment plan, we focus on the specific areas causing you discomfort, providing targeted relief. Typically involving a series of sessions, our approach not only addresses your immediate concerns but also supports long-term recovery and maintenance.

Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage

Tailored to support women experiencing pregnancy-related discomfort or recovering after childbirth, this massage helps relieve pain from physical changes, manage high-risk pregnancies, and promote relaxation. Each session reduces muscle tension, alleviates stress, and enhances overall well-being, leaving you feeling lighter, more at ease, and deeply rejuvenated during this transformative time.

I’m Jen, the owner of Applesea and a certified Remedial Massage Therapist. I’m also a mother of two beautiful, feral children and have lived with Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome for over a decade.
